Get my cookbook and spend 14 days for free with me and a community of women, learning to eat to feel full, steady and nourished. We start together on Monday 16 November.
If you’ve spent years being told to eat less, skip meals and push through the hunger, this is your invitation to do it differently. For 14 days, we’ll cook from Full & Nourished together. We’ll put protein at every meal, add more plants, eat for each phase of our cycle, and take a few moments each day to listen to our bodies. You’ll come out of it with more energy, a calmer gut and a kinder relationship with food.
This is for you if:
You often feel bloated, heavy or uncomfortable after eating
Your energy dips through the day and cravings take over by the afternoon
Your period is irregular, painful or heavy, or it has gone missing
PMS, mood swings or breakouts arrive like clockwork every month
You’re tired of diets that leave you hungry and drained, and you want habits you can keep for life
What you’ll get:
The Full & Nourished cookbook: two weeks of fibre- and protein-rich meals, synced to each phase of your cycle
Two live calls with me: a weekly check-in where we look at how you’re feeling, I share tips to make the challenge easier, and we talk about how to keep going once the 14 days are over
14 days of guidance from me: a message every morning in our WhatsApp community with the day’s focus and one simple task
Eating for your cycle: what to eat in each phase to help ease your symptoms
A community of women doing it alongside you, so you’re never doing it alone

Many women find they naturally lose some weight during the challenge, because eating protein and fibre at every meal keeps you full and steady, so cravings and constant snacking ease off. But the scale isn’t the only thing we’re working on. You can expect less bloating, more energy and a better understanding of your cycle too. Everyone’s body is different, so results vary, and the portions are a starting point you can adjust to your own hunger and activity.
